Although initially we planned to let ‘public users’ to post questions so we could make the idea what people have a problem with, however finally we decided that the Quesions & Answers pages will be available to registered & active users only.

This is due to the fact that there is so many black hat SEOs and spammers out there who would like to take opportunity to spam their links everywhere they can.

So if you bough our theme before and would like to make a use of Questions section as a form of support please fill free to do so. Please register first and send us over your theme details, so we can address your issues more efficiently.

• StockFresh.com – Stock Photo – Fairly inexpensive photos from professionals

Photos are not included in the themes packages so you will need to get your own photos.

Because of the nature of our themes that are digitally delivered and are non-tangible goods we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for purchased themes.

Naturally in case if you have a trouble installing the theme or it doesn’t work on your hosting account we are always happy to help you to solve the problem.

In rare circumstances we may consider refund (before 30 days from the purchase) if the theme doesn’t work properly and error related to the theme cannot be resolved by our support team.

Please not that the normal way of dealing with any problem with the theme would be to raise a support ticket and allow our support theme to resolve the issue for you.
